We are a Los Angeles-based entertainment company providing business solutions and production services to a wide variety of clients within the media space. Our name is derived from the rejection of the traditional Hollywood arc where it is exceedingly difficult for those not already ingrained in the industry to find success. As such, in addition to our other programs, our underlying goal is to provide low-cost resources and advisory services to all of those still searching for their big break.
Our creative services cater to the specific needs of each individual client, and can include production, branding, public relations strategy, financing and low-cost alternatives, website and logo design, as well as offering solutions to any problems that may arise during production.
Our business services reflect the business & legal needs that arise while creating content, including, without limitation, film financing, production and distribution, union and guild matters, negotiating and drafting necessary agreements, and providing licensing advice and services.
Becca E. Davis is an entertainment attorney with an emphasis in copyright, trademark and media litigation. At her law firm, she has worked on cases representing a variety of high-profile entertainment clients. She has an eclectic background of experiences in the areas of marketing, public relations, production, post-production, graphic design, and the law. Prior to obtaining her law degree, she worked with several large entertainment companies, such as Tribune Broadcasting, the Writers Guild of America, HBO, AMC Networks, and Feld Entertainment.
Kathrene Gawel is an entertainment attorney with international experience in the technology and digital media space. Her prior work has included assisting a variety of startup companies from the U.S. and Europe with closing new media and software deals, as well as working for the Writers Guild of America, West as a contracts attorney. She has acted as production counsel to webseries, has handled music synchronization licensing, and has worked hand-in-hand with Los Angeles talent in development and production.
