Becca E. Davis is an entertainment attorney with an emphasis in copyright, trademark and media litigation. She has written and directed eight short films, and acted in another six. Within Defiant Arc Entertainment, she focuses her creative pursuits on writing, producing and editing.

She has an eclectic background of experiences in the areas of marketing, public relations, production, post-production, graphic design, and the law. Prior to obtaining her law degree, she worked with several large entertainment companies, such as Tribune Broadcasting, the Writers Guild of America, HBO, AMC Networks, and Feld Entertainment.

Kathrene Gawel is an entertainment attorney with international experience in the technology and digital media space. She has acted in a variety of short films and, within Defiant Arc Entertainment, focuses her creative pursuits on directing and acting.

Her prior work has included assisting a variety of startup companies from the U.S. and Europe with closing new media and software deals, as well as working for the Writers Guild of America, West as a contracts attorney. She is currently a production attorney at Netflix.
